'Babe' our new pig nosed turtle has arrived! These amazing, rare turtles are quite strange indeed! Unlike all other freshwater turtles, they have flippers instead of webbed feet and never leave the water (except to lay eggs). They are covered in a soft, leathery skin and like the name suggests, have a strange pig-like nose. Look out for a story on 'Babe' coming up soon on 'Totally Wild', network Ten. Back>
